Thiền sư Triệu Châu (778-897)
Lần nọ thiền sư nói
Này huynh đệ lắng nghe
Người chánh thuyết điều tà
Tà thuyết thành sự thật
Người tà giảng chánh pháp
Chánh pháp biến thành tà
Mọi nơi điều khó thấy
Nhưng dễ biết làm sao
Nơi ta điều dễ thấy
Lại khó biết thế nào

Another time, the master said, “Brothers, if a truthful man expounds a heresy, that heresy is the truth. If a heretical man expounds the True Dharma, the True Dharma becomes a heresy.
“Everywhere it is hard to see but easy to know about. Where I am it is easy to see but hard to know about.”
